Highly qualified and committed employees are a decisive success factor for the Funkwerk technology development company. This is reflected in the exceptionally high qualifications of its staff: 45% of all Funkwerk employees have a university degree, while 50% have completed vocational training.
Furthermore, Funkwerk runs an in-house training programme and a programme leading to an executive qualification (Funkwerk Academy). Funkwerk is also extremely committed to professional training: this year, 77 trainees in different locations are being prepared for careers in the areas of business, industry or IT.
