Funkwerk AG successfully completes sale of its Enterprise Communication business unit
Funkwerk AG has concluded the sale of Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH, hitherto a group subsidiary. The entire Enterprise Communication (EC) segment has been sold to Teldat, a Spanish group based in Madrid. As expected, liquid funds totaling some EUR 8.5 million will accrue to Funkwerk AG from the transaction.

In the third quarter, Funkwerk AG achieved important interim goals as part of its radical reorientation. As part of its concentration on core activities, it sold off both Alpha Meß-Steuer-Regeltechnik GmbH and the entire Enterprise Communication division.

Press release - Funkwerk AG advances in 9M 2011 thanks to reorientation
In the third quarter, Funkwerk AG achieved important interim goals as part of its radical reorientation. As part of its concentration on core activities, it sold off both Alpha Meß-Steuer-Regeltechnik GmbH and the entire Enterprise Communication division. The measures have impacted clearly on the financial statements as at 30 September 2011, as both sales have been factored into the Funkwerk consolidated figures.

Adhoc-Release: Funkwerk AG sells Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH
Funkwerk AG sells Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH and thereby its enterprise communication (EC) sector to Teldat group from Madrid, Spain. The signing now marks a further cornerstone of the current realignment of Funkwerk AG to concentrate on the three core sectors traffic & control communication, security communication and automotive communication and further stabilises the group's financial basis.
