Funkwerk AG, Kölleda, has sold its 100 per cent share in subsidiary Microsyst Systemelectronic GmbH (Microsyst GmbH), Weiden/Bavaria, in a management buyout to the company’s authorised signatory. The purchasing contract signed today is subject to the condition precedent of approval by the external financing partners of Funkwerk.

HOCHBAHN orders another Alister SIL 2 electronic interlocking from Funkwerk for its Barmbek depot (Bba)

In late 2012 the first Alister SIL 2 electronic interlocking supplied by Funkwerk in Germany successfully commenced operation in Hamburger Hochbahn AG's (HOCHBAHN) Saarlandstrasse depot. Now the second largest public transportation company in Germany has awarded Funkwerk a contract for a further Alister electronic interlocking for the neighbouring depot in Barmbek.
