The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Funkwerk identify with the basic principles of transparent and responsible corporate governance. Their objective is to be proactive in maintaining and improving confidence in Funkwerk among shareholders, staff members, business partners and the general public.

For this reason, the company’s statutory bodies support the German Corporate Governance Code, as proposed by the Government Commission (Cromme Paper) in the version dated May 2012 and are prepared to recognise and comply with its provisions.

The German Corporate Governance Code is designed to promote confidence among domestic and international investors, customers, employees and the general public in the management and supervision of German listed companies. The code summarises the relevant statutory provisions governing the corporate governance of listed companies. It provides recommendations (“should”) that take account of internationally and nationally recognised standards and gives individual companies ideas (“should/can”) for good and responsible corporate governance.
