With an individual support contract with Funkwerk – ideally matched to your system – you can be sure that your system failure times will be as short as possible. You have the choice between our standard and premium support contracts, to which system-specific service can of course be added.
Faults are usually rectified by phone or remote access, if allowed by the system infrastructure. This gives Funkwerk system specialists quick access, and enables problems to be precisely localized. Furthermore, operating errors can be excluded in this way, while at the same time the software system is optimized.
If a fault cannot be rectified by remote access, this can of course be done on site. You can also adjust the annual support hours and the response time to meet your needs optimally.
The only restriction is on the conclusion of the premium support contract: This requires the prior verification or conclusion of a maintenance contract. This is because, in order to guarantee the fastest possible fault rectification, we have to be sure that the system components used are in good working order and have the latest software and firmware.
